When notice of cancellation is given more than 48 Hours prior to tour departure date, Full Refund is Guaranteed.
When notice of cancellation is given less than 48 hours prior to tour departure, or No Show occurs, there is No Refund.
*Any refund will incur a 3% admin fee due to bank transaction fees charged to Unique Tours for processing your initial payment.
Please email us at email@example.com before 48 hours to make a cancellation or if you want to change your booking date.

Unique Tours reserves the right to alter some tour details and pricing, if necessary. Loss or damage of items through theft or negligence is not the responsibility of Unique Tours.
Unique Tours uses Payment Express for all credit card payments which is PCI DSS compliant and uses an SSL certificate protecting all data. When paying by credit card your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology.
Details of your security capabilities and policy for transmission of payment card data: We do not collect credit card details but this is done through Payment Express DPS policies.
All prices are in NZD and include G.S.T. We only supply in New Zealand.
It is our policy that:
